Brand positioning and marketing strategy consulting
A CLEAR POSITION IS THE STRATEGY.
We help businesses define who they are, who they are for and what they should say — so every marketing decision afterwards has something solid to sit on.

What we do
Three things, in order.

Brand identity
We work through what your business actually is today — what you sell, how you are different, and what customers already believe about you.

Target audiences
We map the groups worth speaking to, what each of them needs to hear, and which of them your business can serve well first.

Channels and messaging
We recommend where to show up and what to say, and how the message should shift between channels without losing its shape.
How we work
Four stages, from listening to a plan you can use.
01
Diagnostic interview
We start with a working session on your business, your market and what has and has not worked so far. You get a written summary of what we heard.
02
Positioning statement
We turn that into a positioning you can say out loud — who you serve, what you claim, and why that claim is defensible.
03
Channel and message strategy
We set out where to be present, what each channel is for, and what the message looks like in each place.
04
Practical delivery plan
We hand over a plan you can act on, with the reasoning behind each recommendation and the trade-offs we considered.
Where we fit
A consultancy, not an agency retainer.
We are usually a good fit for
- Businesses launching a new brand
- Established businesses repositioning for a new market
- Teams that need a strategy before they spend on marketing
- Owners and marketing leads without a dedicated strategy role
We do not offer
- Campaign execution, media buying or day-to-day social media management
- Guaranteed growth, traffic or conversion figures
- Print, photography or production work
What you receive
The working documents behind the recommendations.

Heard enough?
Tell us about the brand, the market and where you want to be. We will come back with how we would approach it.
