Terms

Scope, fees, cancellation, what we do not promise, liability and how to raise a complaint.

These terms set out how JEDI VISION CONSULTANCY LIMITED (company number 16466635) provides brand positioning and marketing strategy consulting, and what both sides agree to when an engagement starts.

Scope of services

We provide consulting services: defining brand identity, identifying target audiences, crafting positioning strategy, and advising on marketing planning, channel selection, campaign direction and messaging. The specific scope of your engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

We do not provide campaign execution, media buying, print production or ongoing day-to-day channel management. Where your project needs those, they remain with you or with a supplier you appoint.

Fees and confirmation

Fees are quoted in euros and confirmed with you in writing before any work starts. We quote per project stage so that you can decide to stop between stages. Work is invoiced according to the confirmation we agree with you, and payment terms are set out in that same confirmation.

No amount is payable until you have confirmed the scope and fee for the relevant stage.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a stage before it starts. If a stage has already begun, we will tell you what proportion of it has been delivered and agree with you what remains payable for work already carried out. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer you a new date or return any fee paid for work not carried out.

What we do not promise

Our work is advisory. We do not guarantee any particular commercial result, and nothing in an engagement is a promise of growth in brand awareness, web traffic, leads, sales or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your operations and your execution.

Our recommendations are based on the information you give us and on the market position at the time. If the underlying facts change, the recommendations may need revisiting.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about your business and to take the decisions needed to move a project forward. Where you provide material that is not yours to use, responsibility for that rests with you.

Intellectual property

Once a stage has been paid for, you may use the documents we produce for your business. We retain the right to reuse our underlying methods and general know-how, and we will not disclose your confidential information to anyone else without your agreement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the stage concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Complaints

If something is not right, tell us first. Write to info@jedivision.co.uk or telephone 0118 496 0415 with what went wrong and what you would like us to do. We will respond and try to resolve it with you directly.

Governing terms

The engagement is agreed with JEDI VISION CONSULTANCY LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 16466635. We confirm the applicable terms with you in the written engagement confirmation, based on where you and the project are based, rather than assuming them from our registered address.
